Disappointing.  I was really hoping we'd make a run at Middleton.  Can anyone explain to me why Harris (who's likely to get a similar deal) is anywhere close to Middleton?

More of a track record of being that productive.  Can play the 3/4 whereas the 2/3, so Harris fills a greater need.  Higher upside due to physical tools.

Could argue that this is then the perfect time to sign these players, before the cap goes up.

  I agree.  I just do not think Ainge may read the market that way with all the comments in the about us not chasing second tier guys.   Get a big and a scorer ASAP is what I am hoping for this off season.

Millsap just getting a big offer from Orlando (the max).  Deciding between Orlando and Atlanta.

If he goes to Orlando, this would be great for our Harris chances.

I don't see why Atlanta would want to bring in Harris.  They need a big.  If they didn't get Millsap they would need a big, not Harris.
