Unlocking this now.   Enjoy tonight!  One thing, if possible, is to try to keep pick spoilers to a minimum when the draft is unfolding in real life.  Not everyone is glued to Twitter.  This does tend to make it a more enjoyable experience for people.

I'll try to keep the Big Board updated for the first round as best I can can tonight.  Usually, the high volume of posters during the first round & near the Celtics picks makes it a big challenge to.

In case you want to see the horrible hot takes that myself & others have made in past draft threads, feel free to kill time revisiting the old draft threads;  https://forum.celticsstrong.com/index.php?topic=70840.0

"• Thursday, 1:00 p.m.: The Spurs are "linked" to Georgian center Goga Bitadze. San Antonio has the No. 19 and No. 29 picks on Thursday night. (Jeremy Woo, Sports Illustrated)"

I would love to see the Celtics trade the 20 and 22 for a pick ahead of The Spurs at 19 and grab Bitadze.

Thanks for the “no spoiler” reminder.  I don’t use Twitter and don’t want to. I don’t want/need info earlier than the announcement.  It is truly anticlimactic when you are waiting for the announcement and someone posts before it’s announced. No praise for being “first” here but praise for being respectful and patient. Thanks.

It’s great to read all the speculation about the players people here hope DA will select.  All leading to the announcement — not the early spoiler from a Woj tweet.  Not knowing anything about college basketball, it’s a blast for me to hear posters get excited about a prospect and to see if those prospects are selected before C’s or are still there.  It gives me a rooting interest in the draft where names really mean nothing to me.  Thanks in advance for all the insights I’ll hear tonight from those who are familiar with college and Euro players.

Could be a lot of movement in this draft.   Good to have 3 1st rounders and Danny as GM.

I do hope we get the next Draymond Green and Giannis in this draft. Not another Kelly Olynyk and Terry Rozier.

It does but that seems early for Bitadze. I was thinking that getting 16-18 for 20 and 21...

Woj reports that Indiana has acquired TJ Warren:

Indiana has traded for Phoenix’s TJ Warren, league source tells ESPN.

Suns will send the No. 32 pick to Pacers too, source tells ESPN. Pacers are taking Warren into salary cap space.

Nice add for Indy, would have liked Warren.

Woj tipping the picks drives me nuts.  Forces me to put down the phone though I do like the hot takes on the picks - especially the head scratchers. I'll take a quick look at Twitter as soon as a pick is announced then put the phone down before Woj does his thing.
