It's already under way...

Great block by Giddens stopping a fast break.

I've liked what I've seen from Pruitt the last couple of games. Don't know if it's enough to keep around though. But he's attacking the paint constantly, and that's really all I really wanted from him knowing that he's not really a good playmaker.

Watching these gams all week makes me wish the NBA had a true minor league.  I would love to be able to give some of these guys a year or two in the organisation.  I think they could improve to useful players.

You know, that can be easily solved by not restricting the roster spaces on teams as much as they're right now... and expanding the salary cap.

This would solve two problems... reducing the level of unprepared players playing in NBA games and it will help bad teams become competitive quicker (by allowing them to collect more assets).

Rogers has a really good midrange jumper. Someone should sign him.

thats another thing Bill has to work on. Focus on every pass and make sure that the defender and get his hands on it, don't throw any lacidazical (sp?) passes.

Don't know at what time it was supposed to be, but I'm sure that it started earlier that it was supposed to.

What a waste of advertising space the timeouts are.

And what a waste of airtime these announcers.  Talking about wet-naps and Golden Girls, geesh.

They openly joke about how they don't want to even be doing this broadcast.  I think they are snobs because the quality of the basketball is not up to NBA standards.  Hey GUESS WHAT?  This is summer league, take it for what it is, which is looking at prospects, nothing more.  Morons.  Total lack of respect for their own work.

With an audience of about 5 celtic fans, I think they know it is a limited market.
