Heard a joke today that was hilarious. Basically he said he had no interest in watching a world cup in Russia because he couldn't see how Russia would lose a world cup in Russia.  Thought that was absolutely hilarious and sad all at the same time.

Still can't believe Spain fired its coach yesterday.  Just some crazy stuff.

Does a team other than Brazil, Germany, and Spain have a good chance at winning the whole thing?

France and Belgium

On paper both have amazing roster

France and Belgium has the talent to make a push. Colombia could be sneaky good.

Portugal vs. Spain tomorrow should be a great one! Same with Germany vs. Mexico Sunday afternoon!  8)

Have to admit, this World Cup does have a lot of intriguing games in the group stage. Nice to see  ;D

IMHO it should have more....

I am not sure about Spain vs Portugal.. It could be a great game  ut easily it  old be the most boring game of the year. Santos is the most  defensive minded coach I know.. He is a master at destroying a game and killing the pace. Spain on the other hand is a question mark... First game with new coach possibly still In shock nobody knows how they ll react.  I can see both team settling with a draw

Dang that Egypt - Uruguay game was fantastic today!

Sad that Mo Salah was unable to play in the game though...  :(

I don't get it. How is that hilarious and how could one not see Russia not winning the world cup this year? Does this have anything to do with the election scandal? They're far from favorites to win it though I'll be rooting for them but I've always liked Brazil. Bad a$$ team. I'm Russian by the way so don't intentionally say anything offensive. Thank you for your consideration.

The image of  71yo Tabares suffering of  Guillain-Barre syndrome celebrating the goal will be one of the biggest moments of the tournament.....

I think he was just saying the joke, in his mind, was that Russia was corrupt. I don't really follow this stuff. Does Russia have a chance of winning?

Not at all lol

But they got a good shot of advancing from the group stage into the knockout stage though.

So, will it be a sound decision to put $20 on Portugal today?

I kind of want to. . .

The draw is my pick but Portugal winning is not out of the question. It is a strange game
