Why are they letting blind Marv Albert commentate?
For the same reasons they are letting Dirk and Wade play? They are an old relics nostalgia act.

At least Dirk is hitting the 3’s. If Marv Albert calls KAT Anthony Davis one more time, or confuses the Joker and Vuce again I might have to mute it lol.

Kevin Harlan is much more preferable

You mean people are actually watching this.  Can't watch this garbage especially when legit options are on (like the UFC on ESPN).

Bigs - Pau, Amar'e, Issel, McGinnis, Roundfield

Mixed martial arts is a lot more entertaining than the first 40 minutes of the ASG, regardless of how dangerous it is

Didn't even watch the all star games this year. Except the highlight where Tatum won his trophy.

Stat I love from tonight: Only 3 players had both a steal and a blocked shot

Joel Embiid
Kevin Durant

And

Kyrie Irving

Other stat I love from tonight: Ben Simmons wouldn't even take one three pointer....in a meaningless exhibition game that counts for nothing....where his team took an astonishing 91 three point shots.....couldn't get the bravery up to take in one three pointer.

Honestly Ben Simmons not taking a 3 pointer in this game astonished me. Even his teammate Embiid keeps saying he just has to shoot them so people think he might be a threat from there, or something to that effect.

Also, Kyrie and Durant have great on-court chemistry. Hmm.... ;)

Simmons is a 1 trick pony and mental midget.

He didn't take any in the Rising Star Challenge either, I was surprised. Should have gotten some in game practice, so what if he misses the rim and gets laughed out of the court
Any odd typos are because I suck at typing on an iPhone :D

Just saw the WORST stat spangled banner anthem I've ever heard

https://youtu.be/eAkSQ_co96w

this should be exhibit 1 in support of a petition for congress to pass legislation to stop the desecration of our national anthem. Yeah I know there is the first amendment and all, but this presentation I saw today was horrible, and could incite a riot. lol

My wife and I both liked this rendition. I don't think any riots are happening. LOL

I don't care to hear the national anthem before every sporting event, but I absolutely loved the fact that there was a totally different take on it. I said at the time that this was going to really rile up some people (don't know if that is really the case), but I appreciated that this artist had the courage to change it up.

I like Saturday's events and I find the Rising Stars Game to be far more entertaining then the actual all star game as the young guys at least attempt to play defense.
