My assessment:
1. The role players seem to be playing their role. No one is trying to do too much outside of their role on the team.
2. I really think we can beat this Bucks team in the playoffs. I think we are faster than them and can make them one-dimensional. I also think their defensive scheme can be abused in the 4th quarter because of Walker's work in the pick and roll and shooting.
3. Tatum is committed to taking it to the basket and shooting threes. He will figure out the ability to draw fouls. The refs will also adjust to his play style. He had a bad game tonight, but was still pretty good.
4. Gordon Hayward had a quiet 21-10-7.
5. Smart and Ojeleye are very confident against Giannis on defense.

Tatum was only bad in the 1st half.

In the 2nd half, he was Paul Pierce 2.0!

All 5 starters in double figures. That's good team basketball.

I think this development is overlooked due to Tatum not shooting that great of a percentage yet, but I'm absolutely loving his offensive game right now. Completely different than last year in a good way, and you can tell he is actively looking to get to the rim now, which is the key to him getting to that next level.

No way I'd trade Smart or Hayward for Adams or Love.

Both Hayward and Smart have different strengths that the Celts need.

Another thing that is overlooked tonight - Walker shot 15 (!) free throws tonight. That's one of his major advantages over Kyrie, who simply didn't draw fouls like that.

So true.

Last season Tatum was criticized for trying to be Kobe.

It's just a matter of time before everything falls into place for Jayson Tatum.

Yeah, and he hit 14 of them.

Wow the Celtics were getting blown out in the first half.

Then they buried the Bucks in the second half. Dang, what a crazy team.
Game of two halves.. GH, Tatum could not buy open threes including Grant Williams... Thankfully they got hot in the second half
