I think what a lot of guys would have done Yoki is:

1. Don't panic - stay patient
2. Keep the franchise guy
3. Attempt to move your 3rd and another pick to move up in the 3rd
4. Draft and make trades later with who you draft.

You dumped a franchise player, there is usually no coming back from that.

Yoki actually formally presented me with this offer. It was vetoed at first but we got around to re-working it because he had a very good reason for trading Harden.
