Mine:

Rondo to have a decent jumpshot in place by the start of the season.
Ray Ray to rest his legs and teach Rondo to shoot.
PP to rest.
KG to rest/rehab.
Perk to add a low post move.
Sheed to get rid of the new haircut.
EHouse to rest.  (Anyone else think of him as a spring?  He just sits back on the bench and coils up to just explode with energy when he gets on the court.)
BBD:  Just sign here already
Bowen:  Just sign here already
Daniels:  Learn the system
Scal:  work on that towel waiving form.  I'm hoping you get the league record for chest bumps this year.
Marbury:  Keep doing the ustream stuff.  I am loving it.
Powe:  Rehab and prove Danny boy wrong.

I agree with most that you have said except I am going to add/change a few things...

Rondo (what blake said) along with being motivated more than ever next season.
Ray (what blake said)... Like the idea of having Ray to teach Rondo how to shoot.
Paul Pierce (what blake said).
KG (what blake said).
Perk to work on offensive game and rest up shoulder.
Sheed to have a new found motivation and learn the system.
Eddie (what blake said).
BBD (what blake said) also work on defense, rebounding, and low-post game.
Bowen (what blake said).
Daniels (what blake said).
Scal Bring to next season what you showed us you can do in last seasons playoffs.
Marbury You can continue to do the Ustream/**** as long as you calm down and practice and workout for most of it.
Powe keep getting getting healthier so Danny has to resign you!
Billy keep working on your game so you can crack the rotation and possibly be used as Paul's backup for some games
J.R. "  " Ray's backup for some games
Lester Get used to the NBA and the Celtic way and keep working on your game and do well in the D-League.
TA Get traded in the Marquis Daniels deal or get cut... Just never be on the Celtics roster ever again.

My only wish is a healthy, full-speed KG for the entire season.  If that happens, I think the rest will take care of itself with the team that we already have.

That by the end of the season we're healthy and good enough to win banner 18.

Sign BBD
Sign Powe
Sign Marbury if sane or move on to Bobby Jackson
Figure out the Marquis Daniels situation(please trade Tony)
Sign Joe Smith and or Ben Wallace or Stromile Swift if Powe left
110% KG back on the court
Can't stop, Rondo!
