Get a 4 point lead and turn it over 3 straight trips.  Now down 1.  Keep missing 3's and let this young team think they have a chance.

celtics appear to be playing down to their opponent's level tonight. maybe the second half they will turn it on, but so far not a strong effort. settling for lazyesque defense and offense.

but lots of time left to win it.

Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

This game is closer that what I expected. Can’t let this young Rockets team hang around til the end.

I'm shocked our jack a 3 then turn it over offense is struggling.
Still don't believe in Joe.

Really sloppy game. C’s are playing with low energy.

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

Feels like we don't trust each other like we did early in the year. A lot more isos and trying to do things individually over the past ten games or so. I don't get it.

This game has bad loss written all over it already.
C's need to value every possession, stop throwing the ball away and wasting possessions on quick bad 3s.

It would be nice also to guard Porte Jr.

5-23 from 3.  Time to stop.  This shouldn't be close.

Anyone else very concerned about Mazzulla in the playoffs? He lets these guys take games off. What happens whenever they actually need to be coached?

C's 7-27 from 3 and have taken 42 shots.  15 to 27 comparing 2's to 3's.  that's a horrid proportion.  inexcusable to chuck that high a percentage.

Good things happen every time we get into the paint.  Our coaching staff just hasn't been emphasizing it enough and getting it through to our players, or so it seems.

I'm not so sure he actually coaches.  I suspect if he did he'd call TO's in situations where they'd make sense.  also don't believe in this philosophy of "they'll figure it out" because it takes this team way toooooo long to figure things out if they ever do

Thing is they could be getting leads against teams like this and resting late game to save on minutes.  Instead they're playing  so bad they're spending unnecessary energy.
Still don't believe in Joe.
