Rozier goes for another steal and let's his man drive to the hoop. I could type that 15 times a game...

same with us about brad

1) no discipline

2) cannot manage players

3) failure to define roles

4) bad at adjusting or too late to adjust
LET'S GO CELTICS!

Terrible as a team tonight. Brown was good for a short stint when he 1st came in but was then sat on the bench too long and TIMELORD brought some energy the rest stunk. Where are "The Leaders" Kyrie and Morris? Why is Smart mouthing off at anyone when he plays like this? It starts from the top down fellas!

Looking for the silver lining here...not sure where to look yet.

Best two players, Irving and Horford, were 7-20. No chance for a win with that line.

The Raptors went all in with their team. Made trades and picked up players. Danny didn't. He sent a message that this team wasn't good enough and kept Rozier even though an upgrade was needed. He needed to make some up grades for a playoff run but used all his attention on AD a player not even on this team. The same thing The Lakers did.

-I think the Anthony Davis drama this year has affected the Celtics as much as the Lakers. If you're a player and feel like you're going to be on the trade block, it hurts your morale.

-Execution is awful. The team missed a bunch of open shots. How do you call yourself a professional basketball team and miss shots like that? Which means they're probably not practicing enough, which means laziness.

-They're not fundamentally sound. Look at how discombobulated the offense is. Players having to leap to catch passes.

-Defense is the sh**s. Another sign of laziness. Defense is all about hustle and effort.

-Also, not for nothing, but we were up 32-30 at the end of the 1st quarter with the starters putting in a solid effort. From the 2nd quarter on, we got our assess handed to us on a silver platter starting when the bench came in.

-Finally, this team got overconfident. We've had players say "I think we're going to win 5-6 championships" to "we're going to win the finals" to "we can beat anyone in a 7 game series because I am here." They're not nearly as good as they think and thus are paying the price. Lack of discipline.

Game really came down to 3 point shooting. Raptors hit theirs. We did not.

Felt our effort and ball movement were much better.

I give Torinto defense credit. They guarded and rotated very well tonight.

This was one of those nights.

blow it up, danny.

Trade Kyrie to NOP for Jrue Holiday and their #1???

Trade Marcus Smart to Sacremento for Buddy Hield????

Trade Jayson and Jaylen to Detroit for Blake Griffen????

Fire Brad Stevens and trade Terry Rozier to the Clippers for Doc Rivers????

Ship Gordon Hayward back to Utah for Jae Crowder????

yep, you nailed it. point for point, exactly what i was advocating.  ::)

ridicule all you want but danny will be bold this offseason, as he recognizes how the pieces he’s assembled don’t fit together, and how winning in the post-lebron east will require a legit big (which is a why he gambled on williams).

And Horford didn't play well in the Bulls game either.

Agreed, things really seemed to turn south the day of the deadline.

It was easier to watch a few years ago when they were terrible. Now that they have talent and they don’t show up… It’s just not fun to watch.

blow it up, danny.

So...how many times is Ainge going to blow it up?

He blew it up in 2013 when he dealt Pierce and KG.

He blew it up in 2017 when he dealt Isaiah and Crowder for Kyrie and Bradley for Morris (not that I minded either trade.)

Are we going to have a new Celtics roster every 2 seasons?

Maybe Ainge needs to focus more on balancing out a roster and providing his team the proper depth instead of just blindly blowing it up.
