Trade Irving for Kuzma, Hart and 1st

This team as constructed cant beat the GSW.

Develop the "future" .... not put all eggs in one basket (Irving) and risk alienating several others

I'd rather trade Brown or Tatum for Anthony Davis. That future sounds much, much better to me.

Did we just watch the same game? Not only do I not think GSW is unbeatable, but tonight showed me the Celtics have the the parts necessary to beat GSW. Get healthier. Get Hayward playing like Hayward and Rozier playing like "Starting" Terry all the time and I think the Celtics have what it takes to beat the Dubs....THIS YEAR!!!!

Chuckle.  Adding Kuzma to Tatum/Brown/Hayward and having Rozier run the point would have us right up there with the Warriors, I'm sure.

In 2 - 3 years yes.... bc warriors will be on a decline

Also there is a better than normal chance Irving wont be healthy in a year or two

And then there'll be another superteam like the Sixers or Giannis reaches his final form as a superhero with the ability of flight. You spend too much time on the treadmill, you never get off.

How about we just block out on rebounds and get back on defense?

I've see high school teams with better fundamentals.

It has an almost infinitely higher chance than the team you proposed. If Irving and Al nearly did tonight, then I'm pretty happy to go with Irving, AD and Al, plus GH and some young pieces
'23 Historical Draft: Orlando Magic.

PG: Terry Porter (90-91) / Steve Francis (00-01)
SG: Joe Dumars (92-93) / Jeff Hornacek (91-92) / Jerry Stackhouse (00-01)
SF: Brandon Roy (08-09) / Walter Davis (78-79)
PF: Terry Cummings (84-85) / Paul Millsap (15-16)
C: Chris Webber (00-01) / Ralph Sampson (83-84) / Andrew Bogut (09-10)

And if we go by his logic of 2-3 years when GSW is on a downturn, then Kyrie will be 28/29 and AD will be 27/28. Please sign me up for that core.

Wouldn't you rather have the chucker Kuzma and the 3 point specialist averaging 9PPG on 35% from deep?
