I'd rather Ray walk than take back Deng's contract

Co-sign with a TP.

Deng's contract is horrific.
He's 24 averaged 17.6 and 7.3. So he hasn't reached his peak is an elite defensive player and can board. Maybe his contract isn't great now but I think he grows into it.

Ok, so what, move Paul back to the two at his age?? I just don't think there is good value there for what this team needs and i don't care about the future. It's all about 2011 as far as I'm concerned (and hopefully Danny). Plus, who knows what time of effect that contract would have on us after the new CBA...

If Ray is getting a contract bigger then the Celtics want, this type of trade would work.

I don't think Deng fits into our offense well.  He is a three and we already got Paul at the three.  Ray fits perfectly into our offense.  Had Ben Gordon still been on the Bulls I'd him over Deng.  Not that he is better than Deng (even though I believe he is), but because he would fit into our offense much better.
