This has been the craziest day and a bit of NBA news.
I like this signing. Am worried we don't have a center unless we are playing KG and Wilcox there.

If we still have money left, I would go after Rip or Rich Jefferson

We actually still have a decent sum of money left. At least (roughly) two 3 mill exceptions.

Wow.

They should condense the NBA off-season into two weeks every year.

I very much doubt it. David West is a free-agent no? I don't think Stern gets involved unless other key pieces get involved, or NO gets bad contracts.

I predict an awful lot of complaining, that's for sure.

Doubt it. That'd be us bidding against ourselves.

I think we're all forgetting the big news of the day:

Von Wafer signs a 3 year deal with the Magic.

I'm inconsolable..

But ya back to the question at center if JO is involved in this s+t...

The sad fact is that we couldn't rely on JO as our center.  I mean, we may as well sign Shaq; he's about equally reliable.

I feel confident that whatever free agent we get is going to play more games next year than Jermaine, as sad as that is.  I'm a big fan of his, but he's just not a reliable option.

Ya I'm not saying I'll miss JO by any means, Just wondering/waiting for the answer at the center
The Nets will finish with the worst record and the Celtics will end up with the 4th pick.
