Yeah, I mean, these Knicks really remind me of those IT-led teams. Great small scoring guard and a tough-minded defensive team that won a lot of regular season games, but they simply didn't have the talent to compete later in the playoffs.

Real 2017 Celtics/Cavs ECF series vibes if we meet them next round.

I am pretty sure it was similar in Gm 1 as well. Yep, doubled checked. Same in Gm 1. Starters all negative, bench all positive.

They're just not a good/disciplined enough team to double Brunson and recover in time defensively. Nesmith is all over the place leading to these open lanes.

Pacers just play no defense and have no rhyme or reason the closer the game gets

Didn't Indy have like 80pts 3min into Q3? Have the only scored 33pts in the rest of the half?

Yeah, 79pts just under 10min left in Q3. 2min after halftime. They have only scored 34pts since then. Roughly half of what they scored in the same time prior.

They're all very different teams, but is Cleveland really any different than either of these two teams? They all feel fairly similar in overall level to me, especially with New York's injuries.

I will not accept this Knicks knocking out the Celtics if it comes to that. They are mid.
