Every time I click on a thread to read it sends me to the last post in the thread which is extremely irritating since I want to read the beginning of the thread first (imagine that!)

Can someone point out the obvious to me and let me know how this can be achieved.

Go to your profile and click on Look and Layout Preferences

You should be able to set it up there

Hope that helps

That was where I thought I would be able to fix it too. But It seems I can only make it so the most recent post is at the top of the page.

It really is kind of annoying to have to click back on page one and scroll up to see the first post every time I click a new thread.

Anyone else have this problem??

The Recent Posts sidebar menu defaults to the top of the threads listed within I believe.

If you use the Latest Topics Posts menu, it automatically takes you to the most recent post; there's no override for that.

I recommend using the "Recent Posts" option in your members menu.  There, you can decide which page of a thread to view; if you click on the first page, it takes you to the first post.
