8 minutes would save us 40 minutes.
I would like us to pilot this. It is actually in our constitution. Is this a problem? Would people have a problem with this in the context of our constitution? Will I be dragged to fantasy constitution court? I will try to obtain league permission for one time pilot waiver.

How about 5 minutes per pick for both rounds? It's a little easier to keep track of than 7 or 8 minutes. Normally, the picks come in quicker that the allotted time. In all likelyhood the 5 minutes will be stretched out.
