I like Washington picking Okongwu, I think it makes Bryant available. I really like Thomas. Constantly improving and could be a good potential center for the celtics.

they lack the assets to move up the draft.  So I doubt it happens

nice

-but Wizards have no avenue to move up for Okongwu. Unless they are willing to include Hachimuira in a trade. Unlikely

-Hornets have some decent assets to move up to 1st or 2nd.  Bridges, Washington,  Graham

- Terry won't get past the 76ers at 21

- very curious to see what Suns, Spurs, Pelicans will do

I assume that they hope Okongwu falls to their pick (washington that is) several Mocks have him on the board when they select.

Greatly improved in the bubble.

Also he doesnt have the luxury of playing behind defensive wings like the Celtics have. I do believe he can improve in that area.

Can't see Okongwu getting past the Cavs.   Hornets could also nab him at 3 if Wiseman is not available

If slips to 7,  I would want Danny to think about trading the 1sts for Okongwu

Okongwu looks so much like Bam on the floor it's crazy. I'm not sure the passing and handle are there but the way he moves is real good.

Another wrinkle to add to the draft Buzz

https://nba.nbcsports.com/2020/10/29/rumor-lamelo-ball-struggling-in-interviews-could-slip-in-draft/

Multiple reports are out that Ball is blowing interviews. Alex Kennedy on his podcast weeks ago said that Ball was not giving very inspired media interviews. It appears that is also the case for team interviews.

He has reportedly met or will be meeting with Minn, GS, Hornets and Bulls.
If he blows all 4 interviews it will be interesting to see how fare he falls.

I would guess Pistons dont let him past #7

Knicks at #8 make sense as his floor but if attitude is an issue how long does Thibs put up with that? If he falls outside top 4 do they make a move up to get ahead of Detriot?

Boston should go for Saddiq Bey with pick number 14. He's a "6-foot-8 Marcus Smart with a more consistent 3-point shot".
