I know we could have been up double-digits, but we survived an ice-cold 2nd quarter with a lead and showed signs of life at the close of the half.  I'm optimistic.

Brown needs to work inside out

Go to the rim.

exactly, lets get a couple easy shots and then open it up with the 3 ball within the rhythm of the offense

Sometimes the problem with Brown going to the rim is, he then has to go to the free throw line. Not his favorite place.

For those complaining about the timeouts, I think you should know what the rules are for mandatory timeouts (TV timeouts). Most coaches these days don't want to call timeout if the game is close to a mandatory one, particularly if it's going to be charged to the other team. You need to managed them carefully, because you might need them at the end of the game.

The change in number of timeouts you have every game may be making a difference this season

Celts getting little so far from rozier, tatum, brown

Its weak production

Open wide and missing shots

Tatum has 11 points. You're missing Smart. The backcourt is 4 for 20.

Aren't we up 4?

better than being down.  we gotta come out strong in the 3rd, play good def get some transition points and get the Crowd into it.

Up 4 after being up 12 is annoying

way too close when u playing lebron

there is a reason we need to blow them out
LET'S GO CELTICS!

Gotta give the other team some credit. They're defending well, getting open shots and Green showed up.  That LeBron is going to be immense in the 2nd half is a given - game will be determined by whether he gets any help and whether more than one Celtic can step up and make some 3's.

Could have mildly salvaged a decent feeling heading into halftime if JB had hit the wide open 3.

With the half turned in by Cleveland it is just painful to have let them in this game.

No doubt LBJ believes he can take this.

Brown 3-11 and Rozier 1-5 is what's keeping us from blowing them out right now.

The refs are helping him out by not calling fouls no matter how much he gets hacked

LETS KEEP SHOOTING THREES GENIUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11

complain about that 3.  just keep complaining. oh know you won't, cause he made it.
but I will.  he's in love with the 3 tonight when he's bricking them.  needs to drive to the basket

They aren't contested shots, they are open shots. They are just not falling.

don't care.  if they're not falling, you don't keep chucking them - you drive to the basket or work yourself in closer to get an easier shot you can/will make.

When he forces it, which is what you’re asking, he’s pretty bad.  Gets his shot blocked more than anyone I’ve seen in a while.

Lol of course JVG and Jackson trying to bail James out there. That's a clear offensive foul that is ALWAYS called, for better or for worse.

Hey, it's okay to accuse a guy of lying about getting hit in the face if you couldn't tell from the first angle.

What else are you gonna do, wait until you have sufficient evidence before saying something like that?

They are an embarrassment.

It is also pathetic how they keep complaining that the Cavs roleplayers are missing shots, costing LeBroid assists. "Everything has gone against them and yet they're close."

Meanwhile the C's are bricking open shot after open shot, and the announcers ignore that the C's have basically been giving the game away.
