The whole team was pathetic from mid-first on. Inside plays to Al were working beautifully, so of course they start jacking threes ... and when the threes weren't falling, of course they kept on jacking 'em. They have to start falling sometime, right?

That was a pathetic display of basketball in the second quarter.

For those complaining about the timeouts, I think you should know what the rules are for mandatory timeouts (TV timeouts). Most coaches these days don't want to call timeout if the game is close to a mandatory one, particularly if it's going to be charged to the other team. You need to managed them carefully, because you might need them at the end of the game.

Blew a chance to get a 15 + or 20 point lead that would have probably put the Cavs away... instead the Cavs are right there so the 3rd quarter will be key. Gotta extend the lead and finally knock our open 3's, we've been lucky the Cavs role players have missed almost all of theirs, because they've been wide open for the most part. Brown and Terry have to attack the rim !

Tatum has 0 fouls.  A few plays back he needed to whack Thompson instead of allowing a layup.  Make him earn 2 at the line.

Wide open 3 would have brought the crowd to its feet had JB made it.  Too much time to think about it but notice how gassed the Cav's are at the end of the half.   There was no effort at a close out by any of them. 

Keep the Cav's working on D.  It's like body punching in a fight.
