I wasn’t able to watch last night’s game, but one thing is clear about the Heat: they will always compete.  They’re not going to wither against the Celtics vaunted offense.  Losing a game here and there is gonna happen, especially against a well coached, talented team.  In a 7 game series, I still very much like the Celtics odds over the Heat.

Buckets makes a big difference to their team as well, he came up big for them last night

All of Tatum, brogdon, white had poor games. That won't usually happen. And especially in a 7 game series. And we only lost by 4.

Can't win them all

Jimmy Butler is a boss. Dude is a dawg and just backs it up.

Tatum had an awful night. The early foul trouble messed with his rhythm.

Miami is always a tough out. They aren’t really afraid of anyone and they always play the Cs tough.

Tough loss but not worried. We were due for one. Still 18-5 and a lot of things yesterday didn't go our way yet we still took the game to OT

Yup

Jimmy Butler really hates the Celtics, he always play good against us. Always trash talks/slights the C's and backs it up. Guy is a monster. It's always something about Eric Spoelstra and playing the Celtics tough. Tho I'm glad that dagger shot happened in the regular season and not Game 7 of the playoffs. I still remember that shot he took in the final seconds of Game 7, thought that was going in.

If Smart and JT hit their FTs we'd have won in regulation.  That was the bug issue.

Jaylen Brown said this after the game:
“I gotta do more to find ways to get guys going. I gotta do a little bit to try and get JT going… I could have passed up some shots tonight to get a couple more guys some baskets.”
That's leadership right there.

The Heat are good and match up well vs the Celtics. Getting Rob back will help but he doesn’t really defend Bam. Bam has really elevated his game.

He does defend bam. The heat forums was full of comments like "bam becomes a baby when he sees rob'' last post season. Rob does a better job than al in those pnrs because he can cheat it more due to having better recovery than al. 5 out is also hard vs the heat and having rob inside willhelp the offense as well
