We actually did well overall on defense keeping GSW to 107, 107, 104 and 103 in 4 of the games this series. But we lost all of them because our offense was not good during those games either. In the 2 wins we kept them to 105 and 100. Holding a team like GSW to that is solid, the problem was our offense wasn't enough.
Also, under that lens, our defense was fantastic.  GS would have scored under 100 in each of those games if we cut our turnovers in half.

The C's ended up going 6-6 at home this postseason and basically went 4-6 after the BKN series (and even those 2 wins against BKN were very close and required a last second game winner). Crazy if you ask me. I'd figure being at home with an electric crowd would fire up the team but that did not seem to be the case at all this postseason.

it's unfathomable.  great road warriors but inexplicable how they could perform so poorly at home where they have the crowd behind them as well as supposedly being more comfortable with the court, baskets and background for shooting

That’s just not right

A really horrible stat. He's gonna have a hard time living this down.
