I think the C's win for these reasons --> TOs will be cut by at least half this game, C's aren't asleep to start the game and Tatum decides to show up after getting hammered in the press for that horrible last game where he was useless.  That's regardless of whether Smart and/or Timelord are out.

Miami is going to come out looking to punch Boston in the mouth again right off the bat knowing that going up 3-1 heading back to Miami will be a big obstacle for Boston to overcome and practically punch their ticket to the finals.

Big loss for MIA. Only guy other than Jimmy who can reliably create his own shot. Good at creating shots for others too.

Feels like Miami is good getting out of Boston with a split and making this a 3 game series.

Seems like they are ok pointing to game 5 with some of these injures they have.

The Extender!

Probably very fortunate for us.

The Dallas/GS series looks to be 4-5 games.

It would ve a disaster of epic proportions for the NBA if Miami wins tonight. Not only does that likely mean a short series here, but The Warriors probably slaughter Miami in 4-5 games. The Celtics are the better matchup and the more interesting team.

Really so long as we get a fair whistle I'll be happy.

Honestly if Butler is banged up they are in trouble.

We choked for about 40 minutes the other night. And IMO Lowry did not look great despite making a few plays and hitting a couple big shots.

They are hanging by the thinnest of threads. We need to come out and expose them.

Waiting for the shoe to drop re: Smart's availability for tonight.  He seemed to have had a pretty solid turn of the ankle with a lot of pain.  Playing right after isn't that surprising.  Playing after the swelling is another story.  I hope by some miracle he is able to play and doesn't do further damage.  Rob clearly is looking like he is, at best, an every other game guy.  It's disheartening (though predictable) that he's not 100%.

I am nowhere near the level of confidence some here are about tonight.  Miami has won 2 out of 3 because the C's have played poorly in 2 games -- even though it was mostly 1 quarter per game, when you play that poorly in a quarter you usually put yourself in position to lose.  I should also say that the Heat took advantage of the C's poor play -- for which they deserve some credit.   Tonight scares me because once again the season is essentially on the line.  Really don't want to face the possibility of needing 3 in a row, especially with the current health concerns on this team.

Please Jayson -- come to play tonight.

Knowing our luck, if Smart's questionable then he's prob not playing.

Could be another tough game with a evenly-matched tough start. A team should pull this away big in the second half though.

Herro has played some good minutes for them but they can just play Oladipo more who has also played well.  This helps, sure, but I don't think this creates all that much disadvantage for them or advantage for us.  Kind of like the game we didn't have White.

So as it stands right now:

Lowry and Butler "will test it out pregame with the expectation of playing".

Smart and RWill are "questionable".

Herro is out.

Don't like how this is all leaning.
