I see alot of heat fans bringing up 2020. they do know this is the team we trotted out.

kemba/theis in the starting lineup.
wanamaker had 24minutes off the bench! and kanter 10!
funny to see grant williams as 10minutes with no impact and Robert williams a DNP. what a big development for those guys in 2 years.
Yeah I said this too, but the biggest difference to me is our frontcourt. Horford alone is currently way better than what we had back in 2020. I like Theis, but he's a role player not a starter. And in 2020 we had Theis/Kanter as our frontcourt duo lol (ugh). Basically made Bam Adebayo look like prime Wilt
Now we have Horford, Timelord, an improved G-Will and also Theis in the role he's best for off the bench. That's really good.
Also for as much as I bash on Derrick White, I think White is still better than some of the depth we had in that 2020 series in terms of guard-depth. I mean Wanamaker wasn't terrible but he didn't really do much either. White can actually play some defense too which will be key against a good shooting team that is Miami. Pritchard can also provide a bit of a jolt at times.
I hope Smart's okay and can play, but unlike 2020 I think this time around the C's truly have the best player on the court (Tatum). Brown is an awesome #2 as well and I think this season he's matured into that role and accepted it.
