Caleb scored 23 pts (46% 3p) against Marquette and then scored 30 pts (46% 3p) against UCLA, with dagger after dagger in the 2nd half.

He did it again tonight against Duke. After a quiet first half, he spurred them to a quick 2nd half run, then hit a dagger 3 with 30 secs left. He's also 86% from the FT line.  Just a couple years ago, Caleb was the #2 HS point guard prospect in the country (behind Cade Cunningham).

I assumed the plan was to stay a third season at UNC, but after this tournament, will he be considered by lottery teams?

If they win it all I think he should strongly consider joining the NBA draft. His draft stock would be at its peak if ever.
