Rozier continues to disappoint, even in garbage time. Why does Brad continue to let him run the team when Hayward is on the floor. It makes no sense.

I've beaten this horse so much it's almost glue, but the dude can't coach the team through adversity.it all lies at his feet. i am at wits end with brad. i cannot argue with you on that. he is seeming to be the common denominator.I don’t see that. This mess is first and foremost a player issue. Pieces simply do not fit.No, the players are manageable. They just need the proper direction and guidance. Brad not clarifying roles from Day 1 and being unable to even motivate the team to play with energy is a pretty significant indictment on his ability to coach this team. We're legitimately looking at a first round exit as the 5 seed at this point, as these players clearly don't trust each other or play as a team.Yeah, we’re not going to agree here. This is a players league. No spot up shooter on the entire roster. Almost all of them need to push the ball to score. No great shooter. No specialist.Pieces just don’t fit. This really can’t be argued against.I mean, it can, because this virtually identical team made it work last year with the only real difference being the addition of the jack-of-all-trades Hayward, which clearly shouldn't throw off the fit this much. The main difference is the motivation and overall character of this team from last year. The pieces fit fine from a basketball perspective - it's the character/personality perspective where the team does not fit, which is something that can be managed by better coaching, such as the coach actually clarifying roles and taking a more authoritative approach with making sure the team is disciplined.I like brad but kinda agree. We need a stronger coach for this team. What’s Marc Jackson doin theses days?

Quote from: SCeltic34 on February 26, 2019, 10:20:13 PMRozier continues to disappoint, even in garbage time. Why does Brad continue to let him run the team when Hayward is on the floor. It makes no sense.I would've rather watched Wanamaker run the team than Rozier try and pad his stats in Garbage time.
