I know the players dont have averages yet, but can the PAPOUPG start using last years averages for the first 10 games?

Yep.  My thoughts exactly.  Obviously rookies aren't eligible yet (no Blake Griffin picks  )

One other thing I'd like to do this year in prep for the playoff brackets game (which was sort of fun too), is to try and keep a running tab of YTD results with the top 16 qualifying.  I'll work on a system, and if it's not too much of a pain in the butt to keep up with we keep running tabs, standings etc..

Well if anyone wants to pick Blake Griffin I have no problem with it. Of course, him having a broken kneecap might be a problem with that pick.

Yeah, but "winning" is only for the guy exceeding his average, not going under it, right?  I shouldn't pick a guy I expect to do badly unless I'm aiming for the "wipe up the doody" TP.
