Withdrew from the Schaub tournament yesterday after playing 16 for medical reasons and has suddenly passed away today at age 30. No details on cause of death have been released, but absolutely tragic.

His parents released a statement saying he committed suicide. So sad.

He had struggled with alcohol,  addiction, and mental health issues for awhile. He was known for posting words of encouragement for others struggling with such issues on social media. Truly sad his own demons got the best of him.

Doesn't matter your wealth, fame, or accolades, if you are struggling get help.
