I would be almost...almost to go as far as saying that if we get blown out in the second half, we have turned into a 4 to 6 seed in the eastern conference.

All depends on how they perform, if they can keep it close, if they actually play defense.

How many times has Perkins come up holding his shoulder this season? I think it's been at least four times. It's worrying how often it's happening.

Van Gundy and Jackson just said LeBron is better than Bird. According to them LeBron is the best sf of all time.

Eddie House and Ray Allen are single handedly losing this game for the Celtics. Everyone else has been at least better than they have for the last 8 games.
Grab a few boards, keep the TO's under 14, close out on shooters and we'll win.

If Doc benches Rondo for a player who hasn't even been in the league as long as him, I guarantee that will light a fire under Rondo and he'll start playing like he was during the 19 game win streak.

It's scaring me that Ray is looking like he's turning into Eddie House a little bit, he's either gonna hit everything or nothing...I mean, I don't think he'll ever be as bad as House but the fact some of us are even putting them in the same sentence in terms of struggles is worrying me

Nah, Pierce has played better the last 8 than he has tonight.

WOuld be pretty difficult for them to be lower than the third seed unless they really crash and burn and don't win the Atlantic Division. That ssaid, this team right now has no shot at the championship or winning the Eastern Conference. Gotta wonder what Danny is thinking/doing right now.

Rondo now has a zero percent chance at making the All-Star team. It went from a 30% chance to zero with the past few games. He's playing like crap as of late. I just hope he plays the way he played earlier in the season, after the All Star break.

Are the national guys talking at all about the stuff that Lebron is getting away with on Pierce and the calls that went their way? Just wondering.

We need tp start playing defemce like we did last year, championships are won on defence. And I'd like us to stop LeBron, when we stop him, the Cavs are stopped.

And geez...Eddie's shots look terrible

As for Ray, he's not hitting any long shots so far, but at least he can still get past his defender every now and then to hit a close-mid range J...he can still create for himself a little.
Anything is possible!!!

Good News: We're only down 9
Bad News: We're down 9

I hate to say this but we obviously neeed a Big Al type player in the post willing to bang it up coz KG just seems so soft right now offensively and this team just tries to jump shoot its way to victories, that won't cut it...Perk and KG need to step in there down low andd so far, we have nothing offensively from the post.

this  team looks asleep tonight. i don't see anyonw running out on d and it would be nice to see one of our leaders get fired up and talk to the team for once. its like they don't care and they are going to coast into the break. this is too long of a season to watch this night in and night out. i don't care about the streak, i care about how this team is doing now and if they dont change their mental attitude, thgen kiss 18 good bye
Still don't believe in Joe.
