add/link on home page

just noticed it today but on the home page if i click to the right or left side of the screen outside the page content it takes me to(or in this case opens a new tab) http://www.att.com/wireless/iphone/

how can i stop it from doing that? or can you stop it from doing that?

i dont do it on purpose, regardless its a pain. its like 2/5ths of the screen i cant click on, and not just 2/5ths but split onto each side.

it is part of an ad - I believe it will only run for a few days but there may be more in the future

I think it looks kind of nice actually ;)
