First, Oswald was on King of Queens, and it was good.

Then, Oswald was in a number of movies, usually as a compelling supporting character, almost never as a lead.

Then, it all changed..he was the lead in a beloved animated children's classic, Ratattoile

Then, most recently, he had a whole character arc on TV's best show (I will fight you over this.) Justified.

He wrote the singly most aware, honest, and beautiful response to the Boston Marathon Bombing I've seen.

But now...he's surpassed all those things.

He improvised 9 minutes of 'philibuster' in front of the Pawnee village council, and it was wholly centered around a Marvel-Star Wars crossover.

he was awesome in "big fan" also, good sports movie if anyone hasn't seen it. :)

I would watch that movie, for sure.

As for Justified, I'd say it's #2 as an overall series, slightly behind Breaking Bad.  This recent season of Justified is probably better than Breaking Bad Season 5.1, though.

I live about 40 miles from Harlan, KY where Justified is set at and they nailed the culture pretty good here.
