I give MK about a week before he makes another trade to vault back into contention for a top-5 finish.

UF could still win the league with his roster

Every player on my roster is available for picks depending on which pick you are offering. Some players on my crappy team can still help GMs looking to make the playoffs/contend.

It's been like a week and I'm still exceptionally happy about having BFM.  Such a huge step forward.

With my recent trade acquiring Trey Burke and Tim Hardaway Jr., I have far too many PG's and SG's.

PG:  Kyrie Irving, Darren Collison, Trey Burke, Alexey Shved, Jordon Crawford,

SG:  Alec Burks, Evan Fournier, Tim Hardaway Jr, Eric Gordon, Brandon Rush,

I'm looking for a (young) SF, PF, or C.

Evan Turner is available for a first round pick that's projected to go in the top 15. Best offer in the next couple of hours gets him. ;)

  • Can a brother get some Tommy points!
I'm in win now mode and willing to deal my 1st round pick and/or some of my younger players as long as it gets me an all-star or near all-star caliber player.  Even certain guys that fall right below that if they put up fantasy numbers.  Preferably a SF/PF

Glen Davis, Mason Plumlee, Thabo Sefolosha, Darrell Arthur, Chris Copeland, Trevor Ariza - get either one of them for a second round pick.

Just for fun.....This preseason MKG shot 36.1% from the field. He took zero threes. He shot 66.7% from the line. His high scoring game was 9 points. His low was 3 (twice). And he just pulled his hamstring and will miss the last preseason game.

Jeffrey Taylor....shot 47.3% from the field.  75% from the line.  Shot only 29.4% from three land, although in the last game went 3 for 6.  His lowest scoring game was 6. His other games were 9,10, 13,11, 20...in less minutes

I am projecting a win for Taylor

Is it just me, or is everybody overlooking Jeff Taylor for Charlotte this year? Haberstroh had some very critical comments in his player profile and he wasn't mentioned at all in the team profile and 5-on-5. Yet he was very good in summer league, better at Eurobasket (leading scorer!), and Charlotte seems really high on him. He certainly looks like at the very least a first-rate 3 & D guy. What am I missing?

Kevin Pelton  (3:17 PM)

Taylor is, I think, one of those players who seems more like a 3&D guy than he actually is. He shot 34.4% from deep as a rookie, and RAPM showed him as a negative factor on both ends of the floor. So he needs to improve in both categories, and at 24 he's a relatively finished product.

I think Charlotte's got a lot more riding on MKG's development than on Taylor's. I wouldn't be surprised to see both on the floor at the same time, but, barring a significant injury, I can't see Taylor beating out MKG in the rotation.

5 first round picks and 4 second round picks in the 2014 draft...this rebuilding exercise could backfire if my picks don't land some good players. ;)

Birdman trades 1st and 2nd pick, Tony Mitchell, and John Lucas III to BFM for Isaiah Thomas and Thabo Sefolosa...

Was looking for an extra PG and SG..hoping Thomas can continue his hot play but Grevis will cut into his minutes..hate to trade a 1st but hoping it be 20th pick lol
C/PF-Horford, Baynes, Noel, Theis, Morris,
SF/SG- Tatum, Brown, Hayward, Smart, Semi, Clark
