I think Portland is one of the toughest jobs out there.
Most teams get the overwhelming majority from their top players -- like Nash who generates at least half of Phoenix's wins by himself -- but Portland rely on a balanced attack. On a group of quality role players playing together around Aldridge.
They get a lot of quality contributions out of Andre Miller, Marcus Camby, Nicolas Batum and the returning from injury Joel Przybilla (second best player on their 41 win team three years ago).
Just replacing those high quality role players in the first few rounds of the draft will be a difficult task. Going on and improving the quality of the roster further ... tough.
