I can't find the video on YouTube yet, but ESPN had a pretty outstanding ad for the World Cup that I saw for the first time tonight.

The one where they say it's not about the communists, facists, and capitalists?  Cuz I thought that was a pretty cool ad they had about the World Cup.

Saw that one, too ... I think it's Bono doing the narrating, with U2 music behind ... perfect choice.

Man I cannot wait for USA Vs. England.
One of the best US wins ever was in 1950 WC in Brazil 1:0 over England.  (yes, I'm a soccer geek :))

That was one of the few bright spots for USA soccer ... a sport in which we have been traditionally out-matched on the world stage. I think that's changing, though, and I think we'll be considered as a consistently serious contender in the years to come.
