The man is just sick.
New WR time is 9.58.

Tyson Gay finished at 9.71.
Not too shabby, either.

It was a year ago today that he beat
the record at the Olympics and now
he's done it again. WOW!

It's certainly possible.
He's so dominant, it's almost scary.

So, what's he taking?

(Call me a cynic, but that Jamaican team is a walking pharmacy.  Multiple Jamaican sprinters being busted for steroids + Bolt shaving tenths off his previous bests in record time + lax testing by the Jamaican doping authorities = giant question marks.)

What's the big deal? Didn't Rondo say he could probably beat Bolt in a race?

You know how fast Rondo is right? He would get blown away by far. When was was traded to the Pats he ran a 4.1 in the 40. Which is insanely fast. Someone broke down one of Bolt's runs, by 40 year segments. He had an average of 3.5 per set of 40 yards. That's insane, completely insane. Almost inhuman.

Right but thats probably not from the starting line.  Thats once he is already at full speed.  I think...

Jamaica neither tests their athletes nor allows the anti-doping comission to test them. They might get tested at the competitions, but it`s still way too easy to use that stuff. Considering the boom of sprinters Jamaica had in the last years, I find it hard to believe that Bolt is clean. Still, a great accomplishment.  :-\
In the summer of 2017, I predicted this team would not win a championship for the next 10 years.

3 down, 7 to go.

It was through his whole run. It was just an average. His full speed was inbetween 3.2-3.3

If there's a sport who's numbers are even more in question than those of baseball due to PED use, it's track & field. I call into question every world record broken in track in the last 30 years.

This guy is insane, this story should be on the front page, even though its a basketball blog. He went from a 9.69 (which was already crazy) to a 9.58, unreal.
