i voted for hansbrough...he receives a ton of exposure because he plays for UNC and is on television a lot.

if he plays great against duke this year it's probably a lock.

I'm going to go with Hansbrough.  I think ultimately you'll see his team back at number one and that's going to bring him in a lot of votes.  Also as someone mentioned below, the UNC exposure doesn't hurt.

I think having won the AP Player of the Year award last year will end up hurting his chances of winning it again this year. Its not often that the player of the year comes back (last player was Superman himself, Shaquille O'Neal) but there are several players that are making a name for themselves and will give Tyler a run for his money. Blake Griffin and Stephen Curry are certainly two names that jump out at you. I also like what Luke Harangody is doing over at Notre Dame.
