The Cs were up big in the third quarter, why did the score become so close at the end?

Complete sloppiness starting with about 3:00 left in the 4th, if I'm remembering right.  The Celtics started playing like they were at shootaround.  Lazy shots, bad turnovers, no defense.

Ha.  Last night’s closing of the point gap wasn’t due to refs.  Maybe point shaving by the Celtics players.

Brogdon had 2 egregious turnovers at end of game.  Team let their guard down.  Had Miami Game 7 flashback.

I attended last night. I thought Tatum might get 50 because he was allowed to do anything he wanted by the Cavs. Most of his points came attacking the basket - which was great.  I'm not as worried about the Cavs in a 7 game series. Their bench isn't great and neither is their defense.  Hopefully Mitchell doesn't go for 44 every game.

Garland commands the ball a lot.  I think these guys can be defensed over the course of a long series.

The other interesting thing to me was Grant's DNP. Joe looks like he's going with a 7 man rotation and then fill in where needed on a particular night.  Last night it was Muscala (who tossed a goose egg) and Hauser.
Grant is out.
