Let me put the question back to you. If you’re Danny Ainge, would you trade a young all-star wing for that collection of players/picks? I don’t think Utah wants to move off Markkanen, but if they did I think other teams could offer them more.

That’s fair - I remember it and I was one who preferred White. I was wrong. In fairness, LM has played much much better this year than he’d ever shown before. I thought he was basically Kelly Olynik. So hat tip to you and Utah for seeing his potential.

I mean, considering that Cleveland turned him into Donovan Mitchell and Utah was sitting on Conley, Clarkson, and Sexton after the trade the idea that Boston could have swung that trade hasn't aged well at all either.
