If Trae wants out of Atlanta, then

Atlanta gets Jalen Green, Jabari Smith & Eric Gordon
Houston  gets Trae Young

Toronto gets Trae Young
Atlanta gets OG Anunoby & Gary Trent & picks

Chicago gets Trae Young
Atlanta gets Demar Derozan & Patrick Williams & picks

(1) I like this trade. This is interesting. Atlanta goes young with Dejounte Murray, Jalen Green, Jabari Smith and John Collins. That is an interesting four-man core to build around long term. Jalen Green looks like he has star potential even superstar potential. Jabari Smith does not look like much. Houston gets a ready-made superstar to replace Harden and give them a firm step in moving forwards again. Nice.

(2) Not enough for Atlanta. Two role players does not get you a franchise player. Even a phenomenal role player than OG is. It is like trading Smart & Derrick White for Trae.

I'm not sure I would want Trae if I were Toronto. VanVleet has struggled this season and late last season after an injury but he was balling before that. Plus VanVleet is a positive defender unlike Trae who is the worst defender in the league (playing major minutes). Those two were close in value in last season and frankly I believe it is easier to win a title with VanVleet as my starting PG than it is Trae.

(3) DeRozan is too old. No point in him. Pat Williams has floundered and does not have much value. Reuniting DeRozan & Dejounte is just recreating the mediocre Spurs teams of the last couple of years.

Now with Boston:

Boston get Trae
Atlanta get Grant Williams, Robert Williams, Derrick White & Danilo Gallinari..

Atlanta hangs up but really only realistic way to get him with the cap..unless u trade Smart but I wouldn’t
C/PF-Horford, Baynes, Noel, Theis, Morris,
SF/SG- Tatum, Brown, Hayward, Smart, Semi, Clark
PG- Irving, Rozier, Larkin

Suns swap may be interesting considering Ayton is like Young and Collins, always surrounded by rumors. I'd have Suns giving up at least one first though and maybe a conditional.

Paul, Ayton, Bridges, a 1st
for
Young, Collins, Capela

Suns Starters
Young, Booker, Crowder, Collins, Capela

Hawks Starters
Paul, Murray, Bridges, Hunter, Ayton

Regarding 3) I think the Bulls should hold onto Pat Williams for a while. His rookie season was during the height of Covid and not a normal season, last season he was mostly injured, and this season he is still super young, younger than many rookies. The Bulls didn’t wait long enough for Maurkennan or Carter Jr.. They should be patient with Williams. Maybe Lavine for Young trade up makes more sense.
