Cartilage transplant surgery for Lonzo Ball's knee. That does not sound promising at all.

Looking like they're going to do it! Will go a long way to giving us a chance at regaining that one seed. If they lose tonight, we only have to beat them on March 30th and play +1 game better than them the rest of the way. Certainly doable if we actually buckle down, though we have to play better than we have of late.

Yep. Bucks lose!!

Old friend Nesmith helping us out with 6 3s and 22 points

It will be tough, but IF Boston wins their next two games against Portland and Utah, then they could enter Sunday only 1 game back of MIL in the standings

Good reminder that we aren’t the only ones who lose stupid games, I guess.

But recently we've lost more stupid games than they did!

Interesting. I wonder why he would do that.
Man had always assumed that he was more intelligent than dolphins because he had achieved so much—the wheel, New York, wars and so on—whilst all the dolphins had ever done was muck about in the water having a good time.

But conversely, the dolphins had always believed that they were far more intelligent than man—for precisely the same reasons.

Cashing out?  The return on his investment has been ridiculous.

Could be or maybe there is a clause that Jordan has to either buy out the minority owner or the minority owner can make an offer to purchase the whole thing.  That happens a fair amount in those type of ownership deals.  For example, when Art Modell sold a stake in the Ravens to Steve Biscotti, there was a clause that allowed Biscotti to purchase the remaining interest after so many years (which he did).

He's probably being forced to do so as part of a secret penalty involving illegal gambling.

based on the ridiculous volume of gambling ads during games not to mention every person on the broadcasts having to discuss various odds of in-game action -- is there any aspect of gambling on the NBA that remains illegal?   :P

Yeah that's the unfortunate part. MIL has won 22 of their last 25 which is insane. I am hoping though that at some point, MIL hits a skid. Maybe just a bad week somewhere. They feel "due" for that (at least that's what I'm convincing myself of lol). OR maybe that skid happens come playoff time against us in a series  :P

Also on a side note, last night something very rare happened.

The refs actually called Giannis for fouls and didn't let him get away with stuff. As a result, he was in foul trouble most of the game and looked meh at times. Go figure. 2 things can be true, Giannis and Embiid are fantastic players, but they get aided A TON by the refs.

It gives perspective on how awesome the 70+ win Bulls and Warriors squads were.  They kept up that pace all season.

Yep. Still insane to me that Warriors team didn't win the Finals. But then they added Durant the following offseason too. Just so unfair
