Interesting podcast on which players he think don't quite reach All-Star level but are quite a bit better than your regular starter, with Marcus Smart making the team again after his breakout season last year (talk about him starts around 22:34, really interesting tidbit about him having the potential to have fringe All-Star level situational value). He also talks about some players who he thinks should be All-Stars even if they haven't made the team as well as graduates from his sub All-Star team last season (Tatum is one of the latter).
