The best TP:Post ratio was in the Ray Allen Boston Globe thread.  The dude that posted the link had 10 Tommy Points and one post.  I think his name was something like CIMIT.

I had a really good ratio at the beginning, but I had a lot of TPs taken away by a venomous poster in the early days because of the heated discussion in a "Darrent Williams is Dead" thread.  Since then I've never gained any steam.

wish i could do a split between psots at work and posts at home.

at work, i tend to stay short, and just blast through posts, leadin gto spelling errors, at home i get time to write things out link sites, so i tend to make better arguments.

My propensity for trying one liners, which i stink at, hurts me too, i tend not to get a TP. one liners/short posts are like my high and out fastball, can't hit em, love to swing at em

The original TP set up included 'take one'.  The high level of whine from unnamed posters created more stress around here then needed.  It was scratched.

that must have been a long while ago i don't even remember it. just as well we no longer have that system, it would cause all sorts of chaos.
