Kind of off-topic but if people "hide" the sigs (which, btw, any member can do in their settings) can they still see the url's below the sig?

The forums can be incredibly slow, and sometimes just won't load. I have a two year old mac book pro and a ninja quick ISP. There's really no reason for it, but it happens on other blogs as well.
