And Phoenix goes out with a whimper.  Wonder where most of those guys end up, because I can't imagine there's any interest internally in running that team back.

They have no first round picks for the next 4 or so years, and Beal has a no trade clause. This was their “all in” year. It would be interesting what they would do in the off season. That Beal contract isn’t looking too good.

Minnesota Timberwolves coach Chris Finch is feared to have a torn patellar tendon in his knee on late game collision during Game 4 win in Phoenix, sources say. Brutal.

The patellar tendon works with the quadriceps muscles in the front of the thigh to straighten the leg. The patellar tendon attaches the bottom of the patella (kneecap) to the top of the tibia (shin bone). The patella is attached to the quadriceps muscle by the quadriceps tendon. To straighten the knee, the quadriceps muscle, the quadriceps tendon and the patellar tendon must work together.

What is a patella tendon tear?

The patellar tendon can become torn with knee dislocations, injury, sports or a degenerative condition. Small tears in the tendon can make it difficult to perform daily activities, climb stairs or walk. A large tear in the patellar tendon can be a disabling injury, making it impossible to walk. Large tears require surgery and physical therapy to regain strength and full knee function.

How are patella tendon injuries treated?

Treatment of patella tendon pain, tears and injuries depends greatly on the severity of the injury. Small tears in the tendon or tendinitis can be treated nonsurgically with immobilization, followed by physical therapy.

Most patients in New York may require surgery to repair a torn tendon and restore knee function. Outcomes are generally better, if surgical repair occurs soon after the patella tendon injury. Early surgical intervention can prevent the tendon from retracting into the leg or accumulating scar tissue that makes it difficult or impossible to repair.

aka Durant will be requesting another trade after the season to a 4th team because apparently he can only win when hes on a historical team coming off a 73 win season

so, both milwaukee/sixers could be done in the first round. with no giannis (or even with giannis) I kind of thought that would happen.

surprised about the sixers though. relativley healthy and knicks are missing some pieces.

am I wrong as a celtics fan to think both sixers/bucks our toughest competition in the east? knicks/cavs/magic never really struck me as on same level talent wise

If u told me beginning of the season that Warriors, Lakers, Suns, 76ers, Bucks, Miami, Clippers, all be out after first round, I would bet u everything & ask what u smoking!! But clippers still might make it out…warriors didn’t even make it..Bucks & Hest has injuries but still blows my mind and think u will see a change in teams on how they construct their roster..older players with big contracts is ridiculous & teams trying to do make a big “super team” going make think maybe not.

Didn't win in OKC either. He only won with GSW, and arguably they didn't need him.
