Really can't wait for this movie, "Super 8" ... been hearing about it for a while now, and the release date is June 10, 2011! It's produced by Steven Spielberg and directed by J.J. Abrams ... and it has nothing to do with "Cloverfield", (or any other previous film, for that matter). Should be awesome ... check out the trailer:

What do people think about Villain choices from the Dark Knight rises....

Anne Hathaway as Selina Kyle and Hardy as Bane.

My predication is that there will be another villain that hasnt been released yet. I don't think Hathaway is going to appear as catwoman but rather Bruce Wayne's love intrest. And Bane will be seen mostly in his prison life.

I read recently that it definitely won't be the Riddler ... it would be great to have one of the lesser known villians, (from the comic books, not the TV show). Man, I'd hate to be the actor having to follow Heath Ledger's Joker ... brilliant intensity.

     I'm not a Hathaway fan. To me she has just made a name for doing nude scenes. I took the girl I'm seeing to "Love and other drugs". We walked out. I was trying to be a good guy seeing that with her. She actually gave up on the movie before I did. I just don't think she's very good at all. She reminds me o9f Julia Roberts, another actress that people have always thought was great, and I find very unlikeable. Obviously i'm in the minority on that one.
     I only saw the other guy in "inception". He seemed pretty good i guess.

Ya Im not too big on Hathaway either. She should stick to her Disney flicks in my opinion. I dont think she is that attractive or that great of an actress but I guess that fits in with Nolan's odd choices (Katie Holmes, Maggie G now Anne).

As far as Hardy, he's a great actor from what I've seen an Im excited to see him in the film. However, I just think the choice of villain is a little strange. Maybe its only because I know Bane from the highly forgettable Batman and Robin flick from 97.

Hathaway was good in Rachel at the Wedding but not excited about her in the upcoming Bat flick. Not sure on Bane either.

Looking forward to Captain America and the Green Lantern, plus the next Sherlock Holmes.

Need another Superman movie. Batman's been well-made. Green Lantern looks to be a great movie, but what about Flash, Wonderwoman, Jon Jonzz, Aquaman, and the rest of the DC Universe?

Excited about Captain America and Green Lantern

read the other day that Stephen King's "The Dark Tower" series is going to be turned into three movies and a TV miniseries or something like that.
Not sure how they'll pull that off, but it should be cool for anyone who's read the books!
