A Pacers-Spurs Finals would be awesome. Some old school NBA basketball in the spotlight with both teams having a dominant big man.
And allow the ratings to plummet into nothingness?

Remember 2003 LA/Sacramento? If Miami got down to an elimination game against Indy, the fix will be put on and boom.....no SA/Indy Finals.

Should be 2-0 Indy right now.

What do you know? You keep Hibbert in the game and he prevents Lebron from going to the rim. Quite a concept, Frank.
After everyone went after his head about that, he knew better than to try that again.

Also I'm happy the Pacers won.

Now Stern needs to make sure Memphis wins tomorrow to make the flow of the playoffs balanced lol!

If the Pacers pull off this upset, I'll be happy regardless of how the finals turn out.  I wouldn't mind seeing any of the other three teams win it all.

To think Indiana could be up 2-0 and have won both in Miami. Their size really does mess with this Heat squad. I really do believe the Pacers have a chance to win this series in 6-7
Eh, Paul George had to hit a miracle three to tie that game and send it into OT and have the refs actually call wade for a foul late in the game to take their one point lead they blew.

Two one possession games in the last 2 minutes, 1-1 series. Sounds right to me, games that close are coin flips when both teams are locked in like this.

It would not have come to that if they had called BOSH on the blatant push off on the play before the three.

On NBA Countdown, the guys were discussing Wade's elbow to Stephenson.

"Dwyane Wade ain't like that [being a dirty player]." - Magic Johnson

"Rajon Rondo's elbow would disagree." - Bill Simmons

the fact that they even discussed it means Wade's reputation as a dirty player must be growing fast

They discussed it because the NBA is reviewing it.

Wilbon though he'd get a fine, Magic, as I quoted, defended him, Bill said he leads the league in most dirty plays that look inadvertent, and Jalen just laughed at what Bill said (in agreement, I think).

Glad that Bill Simmons was there to speak the truth. I'm disappointed in Magic, he knows better.

Well, Magic is a Laker homer so he's trying his best to defend Wade.

Bill Simmons doing the right thing for the world, agreeing and arguing that Wade is the dirtiest player in the league. Second is Metta World Peace.

Not because I'm a Celtics fan defaming the Lakers and Heat, but coincidentally, they both play dirty on the court.

Yea, but Wade is not, and never was a laker. Come on Magic, tell the truth!

The best offense MEM is going to get is running after every board, or forcing TOs..

They're doing both in G3, and have an 11-point lead.  Nice.
