Kansas won the game but Trey Burke, stole it away from them, plain and simple. That last three in regulation was impossible. Way out of the nba 3 line even and he shot it like it was nothing.

Burkes stock imo has skyrocketed after this game and wouldn't be surprised if he leapfrogs Smart, Oliadipo and possibly mclemore in the draft.  Someone mention Burke reminds them of Rondo but for me, the way he can shoot, he is closer to a Chris Paul.

in general or shooting?

Burke doesnt shoot nearly as consistent as Chalmers. But Burke does everything else better than Chalmers

They both rely on quickness rather than explosion. Neither are the traditonal Rondo type pg's,  both can score a variety of ways. I think Burke is a better facilitator, but his instincts are to score first just like Chalmers. I would say Chris Paul is a strech just because I don't think he has the court vision or defense instincts that CP3 came into the league with.

Yeah. Well i don't mean , he will be like cp3 exactly or even lite version. But the way he plays his closer to cp3 style vs Rondo or Chalmers.

Chalmers has little to no athleticsm and unable to drive and finish a tough layup. Burke can penetrate pretty good ,finish around the basket is decent and especially getting a few guys to jump with him and making acrobatic passes inside or out to the the three point line. IF his shot was more consistent , definitely cp3 or cp3 lite version comparisons are valid.

At least we know one thing now is that, if the game is on the line, this kid is a serious weapon

That had to have been a compound fracture to Kevin Ware, the way all the players went to the floor, everyone crying, etc. - they were also very cognizant of not letting anyone see, hiding it from the cameras. Really, really ugly ... you rarely see that kind of injury in basketball. Thoughts are with him and his family.

Didn't see it, but even the comments make me cringe... get better Kevin Ware.
