Season Tickets for 2009-2010

I am moving unexpectedly due to a family illness and will not be able to attend the upcoming season. I have a pair of first row balcony season tickets on the aisle that I need to get rid of. I am looking to sell these for face value ($60 a ticket/game). I am willing to cover the service charge that the celtics typically charge with the season tickets. If you know of anyone who is interested, please PM me. Also, if anyone knows of any good bars in the DC area to watch Celts games, please pass it on.
