Who should the Cavs take with their picks?

If I were the Cavs GM I would take D Williams over Irving. Out of the top 5 rated players 2 of them are PG's. Drafting Williams then forces Minnesota to take Kanter or trade the pick, the Jazz can take Irving but that not a need for them. With the 4th pick the Cavs can either take B Knight or Jonas Valanciunas.

irving and jonas, or trade out of the 4th to the 10 to 12 range and take vuvuciec, or however its spelled
