Seriously Dwight?  Did you just win a Grammy or avoid getting swept by an underdog?

I see nothing wrong with it. Man is a Christian. He's not perfect, but he does have a relationship with God.

Dwight was Very Active tonight, I'll give him that. His play, Jameer Nelson's, and those 12 or so points from Redick won the game.

Refs threw us out of whack a little, but overall we just didn't put them away tonight. ORL wanted it more.

Subpar game by Boston...Great Game by ORL.

We get another shot on Wednesday. I love our Opporunity.

He's acting like a crazy Jihadist claiming god is on his side. God helped him win this one because he hates the Celtics. He is Insinuating that God hates the Celtics. I've had just about enough of his little female dog-arse face.
Grab a few boards, keep the TO's under 14, close out on shooters and we'll win.

Nah Man, I don't believe that Dwight is insinuating that.

Dwight is a Christian.

And God doesn't hate the Celtics. Trust me on that one :).

Tough Loss, but better days are ahead for us.

He was gracious in defeat and humble in triumph. It shows a lot of character. His family should be proud. I guess it uncool & unpopular to show humility.

Dwight is a psuedo-Christian who praises God for basketball games and knocks up strippers out of wedlock.

I thought he was goofy before but he's falling rapidly in my books as the series progresses. I have no problem with him thanking God but I only ask where were the trust in God lines when they were losing?
Tommy: He's got a line about me. Tell him the line.

Mike: Everybody 60 or over knows Tommy as a player. Everybody 40 or over knows Tommy as a coach. Everybody 20 or over knows Tommy as a broadcaster. And everybody 10 or under thinks he's Shrek.

He should be thanking his mates for those lobs and nicely missed shots right into his own hands for easy bunnies.

He wasn't gracious in defeat. "Pride comes before the fall" is a somewhat bible-y way of talking smack.

I didn't see this press conference but in the game after a quarter ended he was already thanking God for helping him pull this one out. And his tone implied that god wants the magic and dwight to win.

Wow. Who are we to Judge him?

Dwight was praising God way before he became big in the NBA.

I'm not defending his actions or personal life, but I cannot agree with you on this one.

Rondo_is_better - trust me on this one..God cares about the affairs of Humans, but He does Not get involved down the level of Assigning Angels to make sure that the Celtics were off tonight.

God didn't assign Angels to Rondo, to make him not look like himself.

Now if I was Dwight, in that first post game conference when he said the "Pride before the Fall" quote, I didn't agree with it, but he said it.

That statement had no effect on this game whatsoever.
