  • I left Indiana. Because it was horrible.
Guess I'm gonna jump TheAuerbach, if it's cool. If not, I apologize in advance.

Houston takes:

Tony Parker
CB Draft Bucks: Chris Paul, Dwight Howard, Tobias Harris, Zach LaVine, Aaron Afflalo, Jeff Green, Donatas Motiejunas, Jarrett Jack, Frank Kaminsky, Lance Stephenson, JaVale McGee, Shane Larkin, Nick Young

DKC Bucks. Also terrible.

I'll allow it.

Detroit Selects : Paul Pierce

Is he going to be a SG or is there a trade in place?

Detroit does need a go to guy.
I think Tayshaun Prince does a good job of defending two guards.

Allow Pierce to stay at the three. Give Detroit a big backcourt with all three perimeter players having good ball-handling ability, passing ability and post up games. All above average defensively too.

That trio will create quite a few mismatches. I think Detroit should keep them together.

I think Prince has a better chance of doing the job at guarding opposing SGs than Pierce will.

That said, I have a hard time seeing either keep up with the likes of Eric Gordon, Steph Curry, or the other younger guns in the league.

Perhaps a small ball lineup, with Prince at the PF. Tay acquits himself well against opposing stretch 4s.

On the other end though, do you think that either of those guys could defend a post up by Pierce or Tay?
CB Draft LA Lakers: Lamarcus Aldridge, Carmelo Anthony,Jrue Holiday, Wes Matthews  6.11, 7.16, 8.14, 8.15, 9.16, 11.5, 11.16

If I'm the opposing team, I double the ball as soon as either starts backing in.

Or, more likely, I just switch defensive assignments.

There are only a handful of two guards (D.Wade, E.Gordon, M.Ellis) that I would be concerned about.

Prince can do an above average job defensively against just about everyone else at the position.

So shocked that he lasted this long.  I had him in the top 5 of available players.  The only reason he was not on my short list is Wall is my PG.

My pick is due.

I'm going for scoring here, and the last 20 PPG player still on the board is Andrea Bargnani.

He was definitely one of the guys I considered instead of Josh Smith.
